Members reviewed minutes from previous meeting, discussed the rules of conducting the meeting and the use of the talking stick to maintain order.
Members had picnic dinner during meeting, and 4 guests were present
Discussing the provider fair October 6, our topic will be “How to Run a Meeting”, next meeting we will discuss who will present at the fair.
Members shared their memories of Charles Mayberry, who passed away this week, a long standing member of EPRO.
The training for the next meeting will be on transportation.
Group decided they want another retreat for 2012,
Group will use funds from the Housewarming Fund to create a theme basket for the PAC fundraiser November 12. We will have a “movie basket” with $100 in movie themed items.
NEXT MEETING IS SCHEDULED FOR SEPTEMBER 27 AT 6:00PM AT ROBIN WHITAKER’S HOME.
